This panel is organised by the Institut Africain de Suivi et Évaluation d'Impact des Politiques, Programmes et Projets de Développement. It will be led by experts in monitoring and evaluation. The aim is to : - Take stock of the demand for and supply of data and scientific evidence from evaluations in French-speaking Africa, particularly in Benin, Senegal, Niger, etc. - Propose innovative mechanisms that will help promote the use of quantitative and qualitative data and scientific evidence from evaluations in French-speaking Africa, in the formulation and implementation of public policies, programmes and projects to guide public policy in the region.
This training webinar is organised by the Institut Africain de Suivi et Évaluation d'Impact des Politiques, Programmes et Projets de Développement. The first part of the webinar will present the theoretical stages involved in designing and managing a monitoring and evaluation system. The second part of the webinar will focus on concrete cases of existing monitoring and evaluation systems, how they work and, above all, the challenges and opportunities involved in managing a monitoring and evaluation system in practice.
This event is a webinar organised by the Institut Africain de Suivi et Évaluation d'Impact des Politiques, Programmes et Projets de Développement to present an innovative digital system for monitoring and evaluating the SDGs at local authority level. The presenters will discuss the rationale for such an innovation, its usefulness, its areas of intervention, its targets and how it works. They will also describe how the application developed can enable policy-makers to visualise the evolution of SDG indicators in communities (communes, arrondissements or villages), and how to access them for the formulation and implementation of public policies.
